Constructed entirely from 304 stainless steel including frame, side plate, and air blade. Frame 40*60mm square tubing, plate thickness 2.0mm. Rust and corrosion-resistant for industrial use.

Four-time flip conveying design with 200mm spacing. Twelve air pump units deliver 2400 cubic meters per hour air flow. Strong air supply for surface drying.

Machine length from 5m to 9m, belt width from 800mm to 1200mm. Number of air pump units ranges from 12 to 36 depending on model. Drive motor power options include 1.1kw or 1.5kw.

Twelve sets of air blade with distance adjustable from 80mm to 180mm (standard at 100mm from mesh belt). Single air blade dimension at 340mm by 330mm for full coverage drying.

Drive system with RV type reduction drive unit at 1.1kw or 1.5kw. Total power consumption at 10.1kw operating on 380V 50Hz three-phase power. Supports continuous assembly line automatic production.

Inlet upper surface at 670mm from floor level. Discharge upper surface at 770mm from floor. Smooth connection to upstream washing equipment and downstream packaging line without additional adjustment.
