It offers a high processing capacity of 300 to 500 kilograms per hour, and the 120 model can handle 500 to 700 kilograms per hour, making it ideal for commercial and industrial use.

The machine is powered by a 5.5 kW motor with a rotational speed of 240 rpm, and a 7.5 kW motor is also available for even tougher applications including small bones.

Constructed with 304 stainless steel for all food contact parts and the hopper, with a thickness of 1.2 mm, the machine is rust resistant, easy to clean, and fully food grade.

A built-in reverse function effectively clears material blockages without stopping production, greatly reducing downtime and simplifying maintenance.

The standard 8 mm grinding plate ensures uniform and consistent mince, and other plate sizes can be provided to meet different texture requirements.

The large feeding opening measures 520 by 480 millimeters (560 by 530 millimeters for the 120 model), accepting big cuts of meat and reducing the need for pre-cutting.

This machine works perfectly with fresh meat and slightly frozen meat, so the material does not need to be fully defrosted before processing.

Customization is available for the entire grinder range. We can adjust motor power, feed opening size, stainless steel grade, and dimensions to fit your production needs, from 5.5 kW to 37 kW.

Every unit undergoes 100% visual and functional inspection before shipment, and is backed by a five-year mechanical warranty against manufacturing defects.
