Main body and inner tank made of 304 stainless steel (1.2mm inner, 2.0mm outer), with 40601.5mm square tube frame. Rust-proof, corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, fully compliant with FDA/CE
Stable output of 1500kg/h, with 1740L main tank and 80L outer water tank, 600L/h water consumption. Ideal for large-scale continuous processing of fruits, vegetables, and seafood.
Equipped with 2.2kW air pump and 0.75kW water pump, delivering strong bubbling and spraying. 6515# nozzles and 24-mesh filter ensure thorough removal of dirt, sediment, and pesticide residues.
800mm wide mesh belt with adjustable speed (3.2-16m/min). 450mm spacing scrapers (650mm length) and 5mm mesh effectively remove floating debris, ensuring clean and efficient operation.
Infinite speed regulation (200-1000 rpm), IP55 waterproof motor, and smooth pipeline design (DN48 drain, DN32 water inlet). 3-inch casters for easy movement, suitable for flexible workshop layout.
