We will take goods production process and goods quality inspection video or photo to you. Before delivery, all of these photo or video will be sent to customer together with documents.

How long is your delivery and what documents service do you offer?

It will be within 7 days if we have glass product in stock; if not, it will need about 15-20 days for regular order. We will offer basic documents: Packing list, invoice, Co/FA, and also loading container photos for you.

You can pay by T/T, L/C, Paypal.

What do you do when we receive the broken glass products?

We will check and make sure that the glass products are packaging very well. We will send you new ones if there have broken products.
