AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryTianHua YiHe demonstrates established manufacturing and customization capabilities for metal structures, components, and assemblies. It operates three production lines, has specified machining and welding equipment, maintains 21–30 quality-control staff, and reports ISO 9001, ASME, and HSE certifications. The supplier supports inventory, exports 71%–90% of sales, and has valid manufacturing contracts with related subcontractors. Customization is supported from samples, designs, or full specifications. However, several management controls lack written records, including finished-product inspection, corrective actions, complaint handling, and supplier-service assessment. Financial information is limited to year labels without performance values. No SDK, overseas agents, branches, warehouse, showroom, or offline trade-show participation is reported. Customer cases are not provided.

Supplier typeThe supplier presents itself as a factory producing metal structures, components, and assemblies, supported by cutting, drilling, grinding, shot blasting, tapping, and welding equipment. It also manages related subcontractors through valid manufacturing contracts and has inventory capability, but no overseas agents, branches, warehouse, or showroom.

CertificationsThe supplier explicitly reports holding ISO 9001, ASME, and HSE certifications, providing direct evidence of formal quality, industry, and safety-related certification coverage.

Production capacityProduction capability is supported by three production lines, a range of metal-processing and welding equipment, one-month average lead times in both peak and off-season periods, inventory capability, and valid subcontractor contracts. A deficiency is that the factory does not continuously reconcile quantities for every batch or bulk production.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly supports customization from samples, designs, full specifications, minor requirements, and flexible requirements. It states that it can produce customized metal structures, components, and assemblies, directly demonstrating broad customization coverage.
