This production line automatically recycles, purifies and reclaims waste resin sand after casting. It effectively solves the problems of sand waste, solid waste accumulation and high cost of new sand purchase. The reclamation process is stable and reliable, with a sand recycling rate of over 90%. Dust and residual resin film are completely removed. The performance of reclaimed sand is close to new sand, which can replace more than 90% of new sand for molding, saving long-term raw material costs.
