Durable Resin Sand Mixer with Single-Arm Design for Industrial Use

This production line automatically recycles, purifies and reclaims waste resin sand after casting. It effectively solves the problems of sand waste, solid waste accumulation and high cost of new sand purchase. The reclaimed sand can be reused directly for molding, greatly reducing production costs and meeting environmental protection standards.

The reclamation process is stable and reliable, with a sand recycling rate of over 90%. Dust and residual resin film are completely removed. The performance of reclaimed sand is close to new sand, which can replace more than 90% of new sand for molding, saving long-term raw material costs.

Adopting modular and compact design, the whole line can be customized according to workshop size, site layout and capacity requirements. It is suitable for both new workshops and old factory renovations with convenient installation and commissioning.

The whole line adopts centralized intelligent control, realizing full automatic operation from shakeout, conveying, crushing, reclamation, sand storage to sand mixing. Only 1-2 workers are required for supervision, which greatly saves labor cost with stable performance and low failure rate.
