38.1mm 30.48mm Two Rotor 2 Rpm Mooney Viscometer

It is built to GB/T 1232.1-2000 and is also written for ASTM D 1646 and ISO 289. Two rotors are supplied, a large rotor of 38.1 mm diameter and a small rotor of 30.48 mm, and each turns at 2 r/min inside the heated cavity, so both standard Mooney procedures can be run on the same machine.

The Mooney scale covers 0 to 200 Mooney units with a display resolution of 0.1 unit. Measured accuracy is within +/-0.2 Mooney unit, and repeatability is within +/-1 unit on raw rubber and +/-0.5 unit on mixed compound, so neighbouring grades and single batch differences can be separated.

The cavity is controlled from room temperature to 200 C, displayed at 0.1 C with accuracy within +/-0.3 C. It heats from room temperature to 150 C in about 15 minutes, and after a sample is closed in the cavity the set temperature is recovered in about 1 minute, so consecutive samples start from the same condition.

Export orders are quoted on DDP terms, so the landed cost to the buyer door is fixed before shipment, and the machine is declared under HS code 9024.80.0000. The software runs on a SQLSERVER database and manages one computer to many instruments, so a group of viscometers on one floor shares a single record set. Data can be exported and used to build X-RM control charts and normal distribution charts, report formats are edited by the user, and up to 20 curves with their data can be printed at one time.
