Could you please send us a sample before I place an order ?

Yes ,we can provide a sample prior to mass production, however the sample is not free of charge. 
We will charge twice the unit price for the sample.
If you agree with the sample cost, please directly place an order through the dedicated sample link. 
Once payment is completed, we will ship the sample to your address promptly.
Kindly remark the required color and size when placing the order for the sample link.

What is your min order quantities ?

For our in-stock items, the minimum order quantity is 10 pieces per style.
If you need customized products, the MOQ is 100 pieces per colour

Can I customize products for my brand?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we accept product customization.
We can develop items fully as per your requirements, based on your original samples, design drawings or technical packages, and select fabrics strictly following your demands.

What's your lead time for sampling

Accepted Answer

Generally, sample making takes 7 to10 days.
For samples with special crafts such as printing, embroidery, beading, pleating and garment washing, it will take 10 to20 days.

Question 7

How do you charge for sample fees ?

Accepted Answer

Sample cost: Twice the unit price for existing stock items.
Custom summer styles: $100 each.
Custom winter styles: $150 each.
Complex designs and high-end fabrics will be quoted separately.

Refund rule: Sample fees will be refunded against the order balance when MOQ of 300pcs per style is met.
Fees for cancelled styles are non-refundable.

Do you support fabric sourcing

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do. 
We are very close to China largest fabric and accessory market. 
We can source the latest and highest-quality fabrics and accessories for your brand at any time.
Once we find your desired fabric, we will send you swatches to feel the texture personally. 
After that, we will match suitable fabrics according to your designs and make samples accordingly.

What's your payment Term ?

If you choose our in-stock items, you may select colors, sizes and quantities via each product link, add them to cart and make full 100% online payment.

For customized styles, we will issue a proforma invoice. 
You can pay online in our store or by T/T offline. 
Terms: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment.

Question 10

What's your delivery date for bulk production

Accepted Answer

For our in-stock items ,after you finishing payment online ,7-15 days can be made shipment .

Customized items production lead time is 25 to 35 days.
If any unexpected situations occur during production, such as insufficient fabric stock, custom fabric requirements or fabric dyeing which may delay the schedule, we will discuss with you in advance and confirm a new production timeline according to the actual situation.

How to make shipment

For delivery methods:
Small parcels can be shipped via international express including DHL, Fedex and UPS, which takes 3 to 5 days.
For bulk goods over 300KG, air freight is available with a lead time of 7 to 14 days.
If you want to save shipping cost, sea freight is optional, which takes 40 to 60 days.

Please note that FOB term is only available when the order quantity is more than 5000 pieces per shipment. 
For orders less than 5000 pieces, EXW term is adopted by default.

What about your after-sales service?

We provide complete after-sales service.
If there are quality defects caused by our production, we will take full responsibility, including remake, compensation or reasonable solutions according to the actual situation.
We will follow up the whole order from production to delivery, and reply to all your questions promptly after goods arrival.
