This vertical mud agitator is specially matched with oilfield solid control mud tank system. It works continuously for drilling mud mixing in onshore & offshore oil drilling, natural gas exploitation, horizontal directional drilling and geothermal well construction. It can handle high-specific-gravity bentonite mud, weighted barite mud and high-sand-content drilling fluid without sediment accumulation.

Q:Is the motor explosion-proof? What international certificates can you provide?

All matched driving motors adopt Ex d IIC T6 flameproof grade, passed ATEX and IECEx explosion-proof certification. Complete certification documents, motor test reports and factory inspection records can be supplied for customer site safety audit and customs clearance. Non-explosion-proof ordinary motor models are also available for non-hazardous industrial mud mixing projects.

Q:Can we customize the shaft length, power and impeller material?

Yes, full customization service is supported. We adjust motor power (3kW-30kW), stirring shaft length according to customer mud tank depth, and provide 304 stainless steel, cast iron or polyurethane coated impellers.
