For simple glass candles, samples take about 3 days. For items with printed packaging, it takes around 7-14 working days.

Q:Are samples free?

Samples are usually free, but you need to cover the express shipping costs. For OEM items, sample costs apply but are refundable upon placing a bulk order.

Q:What are the payment terms?

We accept T/T (30% deposit, balance against B/L copy) and L/C (100% Irrevocable At Sight for orders over $20,000).
