Q:What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The MOQ depends on the item. Normally, it is 1000 units for standard glass jar candles or reed diffuser sets. Items with lids or extra decorations may have a higher MOQ.

Q:What are the payment terms?

We accept T/T (30% deposit, balance against B/L copy) and L/C (100% Irrevocable at Sight for orders over US$20,000).
