Samples are available before bulk orders. Simple glass candles take 3 days; printed packaging items take 7-14 days. Samples are usually free (express costs collected), but OEM sample costs may apply and are refundable upon order.
Q:What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The standard MOQ is 1000 units for normal glass jar candles or reed diffuser sets. For items with lids or decorations, the quantity may be higher.
Q:What are the payment terms?

We accept T/T (30% deposit, balance against B/L copy) and L/C (100% Irrevocable At Sight for orders over US$20,000).
