Q:What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The standard MOQ is 1000 units for normal glass jar candles or reed diffuser sets. Items with lids or extra decorations may have a higher MOQ.

Q:How long does it take to produce samples?

Simple glass candles take about 3 days. Items with printed packaging take around 7-14 working days. Sample costs are usually free for standard items but may apply for OEM.

Q:What are your payment terms?

We accept T/T with a 30% deposit and balance against the B/L copy. For orders over $20,000, we also accept 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight.
