Yes, we welcome OEM and custom orders. You can provide your logo, design, or tech pack, and we will create samples to meet your requirements and target price.
Q:What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A:
The MOQ depends on the item. Normally, it is 1000 units for standard glass jar candles or reed diffuser sets. Items with lids or extra decorations may have a higher MOQ.
Q:How long does it take to produce samples?
A:
For simple glass candles, samples take about 3 days. For items with printed packaging, it takes around 7-14 working days. Sample costs are usually free for standard items, but OEM samples may require payment, which is refundable upon ordering.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) with a 30% deposit and balance against the copy of the Bill of Lading. For orders over $20,000, we also accept 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight.
Q:How do you handle shipping?
A:
Bulk orders are usually shipped by sea from Qingdao Port. For small volumes or urgent orders, we can ship by air.
