Q:What are your sample terms and costs?

We offer samples before bulk orders. Simple glass candles take 3 days, while items with printed packaging take 7-14 working days. Samples are usually free (express costs collected), but OEM samples require a fee which may be refunded upon order.

Q:What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on the item. Normally it is 1000 units for standard glass jar candles or reed diffuser sets. Items with lids or decorations like wreaths may have a higher MOQ.

Q:What are your payment terms?

We accept T/T (30% deposit, balance against B/L copy) and L/C (100% Irrevocable At Sight for orders over $20,000).
