For simple glass candles, samples take 3 days; for items with printed packaging, 7-14 working days. Samples are usually free, but you pay for express costs. For OEM items, sample costs apply but are refundable upon placing the order.
Q:What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The MOQ depends on the item. Normally, it is 1000 units for standard glass jar candles or reed diffuser sets. Items with lids or decorations may have a higher MOQ.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
We accept T/T (30% deposit, balance against B/L copy) and L/C (100% Irrevocable At Sight for orders over US$20,000).
