Q:What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The MOQ depends on the item. Normally it is 1000 units for standard glass jar candles or reed diffuser sets. Items with lids or extra decorations may have a higher MOQ.

Q:What are the sample terms and costs?
A:
For simple glass candles, samples take 3 days; for items with printed packaging, 7-14 working days. Samples are usually free (buyer pays express), but OEM sample costs may apply and are refundable upon order.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
We accept T/T (30% deposit, balance against B/L copy) and L/C at sight (for orders over US$20,000). Other methods include D/P, PayPal, and Western Union.
