Q:How long does it take to produce samples?

For simple glass candles, samples take about 3 days. For items with printed packaging, it takes around 7-14 working days. Sample costs may apply for OEM items but are refundable upon order.
Q:What are the payment terms?

We accept T/T (30% deposit, balance against B/L copy) and L/C (100% Irrevocable At Sight for orders over $20,000). Other methods include D/P, PayPal, and Western Union.
