Q:What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A:
The MOQ depends on the item. Normally, it is 1000 units for standard glass jar candles or reed diffuser sets. Items with lids or extra decorations may have a higher MOQ.
Q:How long does it take to produce samples?
A:
For simple glass candles, samples take about 3 days. For items with printed packaging, it takes around 7-14 working days. Sample costs are usually free, excluding express fees, but may be refunded upon bulk order.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
We accept T/T (30% deposit, balance against B/L copy) and L/C (100% Irrevocable At Sight for orders over $20,000). Other methods include D/P, PayPal, and Western Union.
Q:How do you handle shipping and delivery?
A:
Bulk orders are usually shipped by sea from Qingdao Port. Air freight is available for small volumes or urgent orders. We issue Proforma Invoices within 24 hours of receiving order details.
