Q:What are the sample terms and costs?
A:
For simple glass candles, samples take 3 days; for items with printed packaging, 7-14 working days. Samples are usually free (buyer pays express), but OEM sample costs may apply and are refundable upon order.
Q:What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A:
The standard MOQ is 1000 units for normal glass jar candles or reed diffuser sets. For items with lids or extra decorations, the quantity may be higher, but we can accommodate smaller quantities below MOQ.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
We accept T/T (30% deposit, balance against B/L copy) and L/C 100% Irrevocable at Sight for orders over US$20,000. Other methods include D/P, PayPal, and Western Union.
