We are direct factory manufacturer for packaged hospital sewage treatment plants. All medical grade units are produced in-house with CE & ISO certificates. OEM, FAT test reports and factory direct price are available without middle agents.

Q:What kind of sewage is this container treatment unit suitable for?

It is mainly designed for decentralized domestic sewage from communities, villages, camps and scenic spots. It works well for low-concentration black-grey mixed wastewater without heavy industrial pollutants.

Q:Can we expand the treatment capacity later if water flow increases?

Yes. This modular container system supports parallel expansion. You can add extra container units on-site, and total treatment capacity will increase linearly without rebuilding the original equipment.

Q:How long does on-site installation and commissioning take?

It is pre-assembled and pre-tested inside our factory. Only pipeline connection and simple debugging are needed on site. The whole installation & commissioning period takes 5-10 days.

Q:Does the container sewage plant run automatically? What about daily maintenance?

Equipped with PLC automatic control and fault alarm function, it supports unattended operation. Sludge discharge cycle is about 90 days, which greatly reduces daily maintenance workload for operators.
