GSZG-A uses outer hub rotation for trash removal (smaller gaps, 0.25-5mm), ideal for fine screening. GSZG-B uses rake teeth rotation (larger gaps, 6-12mm), suitable for coarse screening and high-debris applications.

Screen gaps range from 0.25mm (ultra-fine) to 12mm (coarse). For municipal wastewater pretreatment, we recommend 1-3mm. For industrial applications with larger debris, 5-10mm is typical. Contact us for project-specific recommendations.

Capacity depends on drum diameter and gap size. For example, GSZG-A 1200mm with 2mm gap handles approximately 765 m/hour at 1m/min flow rate. Refer to our detailed flow rate table or contact us for calculations based on your project requirements.

Standard construction is SS304 stainless steel. For highly corrosive environments (chemical plants, coastal areas), SS316L is available. All water-contact parts receive pickling and passivation treatment for extended corrosion resistance.

The high-pressure spray system activates automatically based on water level differential across the screen. When the pressure drop reaches the set value (typically adjustable), the spray nozzles clean the mesh while the drum continues rotating - no manual intervention required.
