SLES70% is Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate, also called AES. It is an anionic surfactant, pale yellow viscous paste with 70% active matter.
Q:What are main applications of SLES70%?
A:
It is widely used raw material for shampoo, body wash, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent and hard surface cleaner. It can also be used as textile auxiliary, leather degreasing agent and industrial foaming agent.
Q:Which surfactants can SLES70% mix with?
A:
It has good compatibility. It can be compounded with CAB-35, AEO, CDEA, K12 and other nonionic and amphoteric surfactants to improve foam and reduce irritation.
Q:Will SLES70% hydrolyze during storage?
A:
If stored within recommended temperature and pH range, hydrolysis is negligible. Long-term storage under high temperature or strong alkaline environment may cause slow hydrolysis.
Q:What is the viscosity of SLES70%?
A:
Viscosity is high at room temperature. It will drop obviously when heated. Viscosity value varies with temperature and level.
