Q:What products can the equipment make and what are site requirements?

It produces MC nylon pulleys, special-shaped parts, tubes, sheets and rods. The all-in-one machine occupies 6-8 sqm, with 15-20 sqm recommended operating space. Plant requires 380V power, 0.4-0.6 MPa compressed air and ordinary concrete floor. The 2-in-1 integrated design saves space with PLC automatic control. Standard accessories include air compressor & mold pre-heating oven. Shift output reaches 50-60 molds.

Q:About raw material, product performance & customization?

Cast from caprolactam monomer with catalysts. Finished MC nylon features good wear-resistance and impact resistance. Custom molds for large/thick-wall & special-shape parts are available. One molding cycle takes 8-10 minutes.

Q:What about pricing and payment terms?

All-in-one casting machine: USD 60,000-100,000; complete production line: USD 120,000-150,000. New clients: 50% T/T advance + 50% T/T before shipment; repeat clients: 40% T/T advance + 60% T/T before shipment. Quotation covers main unit, standard mold, installation, training and 1-year warranty, excluding freight, tax & custom molds.

Q:Lead time and trade terms?

Standard configuration: 30-45 working days upon advance payment; custom version: 45-60 working days. Default trade term is FOB Shanghai/Qingdao. CIF quotation is available upon request. Progress photos/videos will be provided during production.

Q:Installation, training and after-sales support?
