AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryChongqing Quality Industrial Co., Ltd. is a foreign joint venture and affiliated-company supplier specializing in pistons and brake pads for automotive and motorcycle applications. It reports 15 years of export experience, self-operated import/export rights, export sales representing 41%–50% of total sales, and documented finished-product inspection instructions that are uniformly followed. Its R&D profile is relatively strong for customization: it offers sample, design, full, and minor customization, reports new products within the past year, and provides ODM services. Production information indicates one production line, 11–20 years of combined R&D engineer experience, 6–10 quality-control staff, and reported piston output of 3,600,000 pieces. However, no evidence of certification holding or customer cases is provided. The supplier lacks OEM service for popular brands, an available SDK, overseas warehouse/showroom capabilities, and a valid manufacturing-capacity contract with affiliated subcontractors....

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as a combined company and a foreign joint venture, with an affiliated company, specializing in pistons and brake pads for automotive and motorcycle applications. The SGS record names Chongqing Quality Industrial Co., Ltd. as the audited supplier and lists the same primary products.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports new products within the past year, provides ODM services, and offers multiple R&D customization approaches. Its R&D engineers have 11–20 years of total experience, although no SDK is available and no further technical innovation metrics are provided.

Production capacityProduction evidence includes one production line, reported piston output of 3,600,000 pieces, 6–10 quality-control staff, standardized finished-product inspection instructions, and in-stock capacity. The supplier also reports 15 years of export experience, but it has no valid manufacturing-capacity contract with affiliated subcontractors, which limits assurance regarding subcontracted capacity.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly supports customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, and minor customization. It also reports ODM service availability, providing direct evidence of broad customization capability.
