Q:How do you provide samples?

Samples of A4 size or less than one meter are free. Orders over one meter are charged, but the cost is deducted from future orders. All freight is collect. Samples are usually sent within two days.
Q:What is your MOQ?

For most items, the MOQ is 1200 meters per color, though this can be adjusted according to customer requirements.
Q:What is your delivery time?
A:
Bulk lead time is about 15-30 days depending on the item and quantity. Production arrangements are flexible, and we can check the best possible delivery time for urgent orders with a closed ETD.
Q:What are your payment terms?
A:
We accept T/T, L/C at sight, Western Union, and Money Gram. For T/T, a 30% deposit is required upon sample approval, with the balance paid before shipment.
