Q:How do you provide samples?

A4 samples or those under one meter are free. Orders over one meter incur a charge, but the cost is deducted from future orders. All freight is collect. Samples are usually sent within two days.

Q:What is the MOQ?

For most items, the MOQ is 1200 meters per color, though it can be adjusted according to customer requirements.

Q:What is your delivery time?

The bulk lead time is about 15-30 days depending on the item and quantity. Production arrangements are flexible, and we can check the best possible delivery time for urgent orders with closed ETD.

Q:What are your payment terms?

We accept T/T, L/C at sight, Western Union, and Money Gram. For T/T, a 30% deposit is required upon sample approval, with the balance paid before shipment.

Q:How do you ensure quality?
