Q:How do you provide samples?

A4 samples or less than one meter are free. For more than one meter, there is a charge, but the cost is deducted in future orders. All freight is collect. Samples are usually sent out within two days.

For most items, the MOQ is 1200 meters per color. However, we can accommodate customer requirements.

Q:What is your delivery time?

Bulk lead time is about 15-30 days depending on items and quantity. Production arrangement is flexible, and we can check the best possible delivery time for urgent orders with closed ETD.

Q:What are your payment terms?

We accept T/T, L/C at sight, Western Union, and Money Gram. For T/T, a 30% deposit is required upon approval of samples, and the balance is paid before shipment.
