Q:How do you provide samples?

A4 samples or less than one meter are free for you. For samples larger than one meter, there is a charge, but the cost will be deducted in future orders. All freight is collect. Samples are usually sent out within two days.

Q:What is the MOQ?

For most items, the MOQ is 1200 meters per color. However, this can be adjusted as per customer requirements.

Q:What is your delivery time?

Bulk lead time depends on items and quantity, typically about 15-30 days. Production arrangement is flexible, and we can check the best possible delivery time for urgent orders with closed ETD.

Q:What are your payment terms?

We accept T/T, L/C at sight, Western Union, and Money Gram. For T/T, a 30% deposit is required upon approval of samples, and the balance is paid before shipment.

Q:How do you ensure quality?

We have an experienced and strict QC team controlling quality at each step, from material purchasing to dyeing and packing. You or a third party can also visit our factory to inspect the goods.
