Q:How to provide samples?

A4 samples or less than one meter is free for you. It need to be charged more than one meter. All freight collect. But the cost will be deducted in future orders. Samples will be sent out within two days as usual.

Q:What is the MOQ?

For most items, MOQ is 1200 meters per color. Or as customers required.

Q:What is your delivery time?

Bulk leadtime depends on your items and quantity, about 15-30 days accordingly. However production arrange is flexible. If you are in urgent with closed ETD, we will check the best possible delivery time for you.

Q:What are the payment terms?

We accept T/T, L/C at sight, WESTERN UNION and Money Gram. (T/T :30% deposit upon approval samples, the balance is paid before shipment.)
