Samples of A4 size or less than one meter are free. For samples larger than one meter, a charge applies, but the cost will be deducted from future orders. All freight is collect. Samples are usually sent out within two days.

Q:What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For most items, the MOQ is 1200 meters per color. However, we can accommodate customer requirements if different.

Q:What is your delivery time?

Bulk lead time depends on the items and quantity, typically taking about 15-30 days. Production arrangements are flexible, and we can check the best possible delivery time for urgent orders with closed ETD.

Q:What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T, L/C at sight, Western Union, and Money Gram. For T/T, a 30% deposit is required upon approval of samples, with the balance paid before shipment.
