Q:How to provide samples?

A4 samples or less than one meter are free. For more than one meter, it needs to be charged. All freight is collect, but the cost will be deducted in future orders. Samples will be sent out within two days as usual.

Q:What is the MOQ?

For most items, the MOQ is 1200 meters per color, or as customers required.

Q:What is your delivery time?

Bulk lead time depends on items and quantity, about 15-30 days accordingly. Production arrangement is flexible. If you are in urgent with closed ETD, we will check the best possible delivery time for you.

Q:How about Payment Term?

We accept T/T, L/C at sight, WESTERN UNION and Money Gram. T/T requires 30% deposit upon approval samples, the balance is paid before shipment.
