Q:How do you provide samples?

A4 samples or less than one meter are free. Samples over one meter are charged, but the cost is deducted from future orders. Samples are usually sent out within two days with freight collect.
Q:What is the MOQ?
A:
The MOQ is 1200 meters per color for most items, or as required by customers.
Q:What is the delivery time?
A:
Bulk lead time is about 15-30 days depending on items and quantity. Production arrangement is flexible, and we can check the best possible delivery time for urgent orders.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
We accept T/T, L/C at sight, Western Union, and Money Gram. For T/T, a 30% deposit is required upon sample approval, with the balance paid before shipment.
