Q:How do you provide samples?

A4 samples or those less than one meter are free. Samples larger than one meter incur a charge, but the cost is deducted from future orders. All freight is collect. Samples are usually sent out within two days.

Q:What is the MOQ?

For most items, the MOQ is 1200 meters per color, though we can accommodate customer requirements.

Q:What is your delivery time?

Bulk lead time is about 15-30 days depending on items and quantity. Production arrangements are flexible, and we can check the best delivery time for urgent orders with closed ETD.

Q:What are your payment terms?

We accept T/T, L/C at sight, Western Union, and Money Gram. For T/T, a 30% deposit is required upon sample approval, with the balance paid before shipment.

Q:How do you ensure quality?
