A4 samples or less than one meter are free. Samples over one meter are charged with freight collect, but the cost is deducted from future orders. Samples are usually sent within two days.

Q:What is the MOQ?

For most items, the MOQ is 1200 meters per color, or it can be adjusted as per customer requirements.

Q:What is your delivery time?

Bulk lead time is about 15-30 days depending on items and quantity. Production arrangement is flexible, and we can check the best delivery time for urgent orders with closed ETD.

Q:What are your payment terms?

We accept T/T, L/C at sight, Western Union, and Money Gram. For T/T, 30% deposit is required upon sample approval, and the balance is paid before shipment.
