Production lead time is15-35 working days (includes 3-5 days for sample confirmation and 20-30 days for bulk production) after deposit receipt. We ship samples via DHL/FedEx (3-5 days global delivery) and bulk orders via sea freight (22-28 days to US ports, 28-35 days to European ports). Door-to-door delivery (DDP) with customs clearance for clothing is also available.

Yes, pre-production samples are mandatory for custom orders. Each sample costs USD 30-90 (depends on fabric and customization) and takes 7-10 working days to make. The sample fee will be fully refunded once your bulk order (>MOQ) is confirmed.

We can provide certification documents including OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (for skin-friendly fabrics), fabric composition test reports, and washing instruction certificates.
