High-Precision Automatic Two Component Ab Glue Spray Machine

This machine is suitable for a wide range of boards, including MPF aluminum plate, XPS color steel plate, aluminum honeycomb plate, aluminum corrugated plate, mineral wool insulation plate, stone honeycomb plate, paper honeycomb plate, plastic honeycomb plate, wood furniture board, door composite board, wood floor and other various plates or boards.

The machine is applicable to modified polyurethane adhesive, one-component heat solidification reaction type polyurethane glue, and two-component AB reaction polyurethane glue. The glue barrel capacity is 100KG, the curing agent barrel is 50KG, and the cleaning agent barrel is 25KG. A circulating cleaning agent system is optional. The glue barrel is equipped with blending and stirring, and the glue constant temperature ranges from 20 to 60 degree C.

The supply voltage is AC 380V at 50/60Hz, and the total power is 4kW. The working air pressure is 0.4-0.6MPa, and the air source should be provided by the customer.

Under continuous production, the production speed is 80-160m2/h, and the glue coating weight is 50-400g/m2, both adjustable. The sprinkling head traverse speed is 70m/min, and the conveyor speed is 2.5-15m/min, which can meet different production capacity requirements.

The overall machine dimension is 12000 x 3500 x 1800mm (L x W x H), and the net weight is approximately 7000kg. The maximum composite plate specification is 6000 x 1200 x 200mm (L x W x H), which is suitable for continuous glue coating production of large boards.
