This line is designed for glue spraying on metal composite panels. It works with MPF aluminum plates, XPS color steel plates, aluminum honeycomb/corrugated plates, mineral wool insulation boards, stone/paper/plastic honeycomb panels, wood furniture boards, door composite panels, wood flooring and various other sheet materials.
Q:What kind of glue can be used on this equipment?
A:
It supports modified polyurethane adhesive, one-component thermosetting reactive polyurethane glue, and two-component (AB) reactive polyurethane glue. The glue barrel comes with blending and stirring, and the glue temperature can be kept constant at 20 to 60 degrees C.
Q:What is the gluing method of this polyurethane glue spraying equipment?
A:
It adopts non contact atomized spraying mode. It is equipped with a fully enclosed collection chamber for glue mist to reduce glue mist pollution during operation.
Q:What is the maximum size of the composite plate it can process?
A:
The recommended composite plate specification is 12500 x 1600 x 200 mm (L x W x H). The overall machine dimension is 27000 x 5500 x 3500 mm, and the net machine weight is about 15000 kg.

Yes it supports automatic gun cleaning. Circulating cleaning agent is optional which can help customers lower production costs.
