Q:What types of adhesives can this machine blend?
A:
It is specially designed for medium precipitate blending of adhesives, applicable to modified polyurethane single-component heating-solidification reactive adhesives and two-component (A/B) reactive polyurethane adhesives, for medium precipitate blending inside 55-gallon barrels.
Q:What are the power and air supply requirements?
A:
The machine requires 380V, 50&60Hz power supply with 400W total power; the air pressure is 0.4to0.6 MPa ,air supply to be provided by the customer's site
Q:What barrel sizes are compatible and how is the barrel changed?
A:
It fits standard 55-gallon glue barrels approx. 890
&570 mm, H&D; barrel changing is controlled by double-cylinder automatic lifting for easy, high-efficiency operation.
Q:What is the blending method and what results can be expected?
A:
It uses helix blade blending inside the barrel at 48 rpm; the glue is uniformly and thoroughly blended, resulting in good fluidity and stable adhesive performance.

A:
Overall dimensions are approx. 1100 & 800 &1400 mm (L &W & H) with a net weight of 300 kg; the cylinder lifting height is 1190 mm, and the machine can be packed and shipped per standard export packaging.
