AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier operates in amusement equipment, amusement supplies, rubber products, and related import/export activities. It demonstrates broad customization, 3D design, ODM, OEM, and recent new-product development capabilities, supported by three R&D engineers and documented design inputs, outputs, reviews, verification, and validation. Quality controls include documented finished-product inspection instructions and stated compliance or testing references for certain materials. The supplier has inventory capability, export experience, self-operated import/export rights, and exports reportedly account for 90% of total sales. However, it lacks valid manufacturing-capacity contracts with related subcontractors, overseas warehouses, overseas showrooms, overseas agents or branches, and an available SDK. Financial information is represented only by years in the provided records, without substantive performance data, so financial credibility cannot be determined.

Supplier typeThe stated business scope covers animation and amusement supplies, amusement equipment for open-air and indoor venues, entertainment supplies, rubber products, and import/export activities. The supplier also provides ODM and OEM services and has self-operated import/export rights, indicating a manufacturer/service supplier serving amusement-related product markets.

CertificationsThe supplier states that specified PVC tarpaulin and accessory materials comply with or have references to BS7837, EN71, SGS testing, EN14960, NFPA701, RoHS, and an EN71-2 fireproof certificate. These claims are limited to the described materials and do not establish that all products or certifications were independently verified.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has a clear complaint-handling procedure with follow-up records and a corrective and preventive action mechanism with records. It also has inventory capability and has attended the China Import and Export Fair, but lacks overseas agents or branches, overseas warehouses, and overseas showrooms; its written service-capability assessment procedure has no records.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports new products within the past year, offers 3D software design and ODM services, and employs three R&D engineers responsible for new-product design and customer-based customization. R&D audit documentation is available, but no SDK is available, so the evidence supports product-development capability without demonstrating software-development integration capability.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly supports customization from samples, designs, minor customization, full customization, and flexible customization. Three R&D engineers are assigned to design and customize products according to customer needs, supported by available design input, output, review, verification, and validation documentation.
