Q:What are the differences between sewn inflatable items and sealed items?

Inflatable sewn items need constant blowing. The Sealed items is processed by heat welding technology and only need one time blow up. Usually sewn items are lower costs than Sealed items.

Q:Can I have custom design with personal company logo or wording?

For all our inflatables, the customerized logo and wording is available. And we will confirm the design with you before production, so you will surely get what you want for actual use.

Q:What kind of payment do you accept?

We prefer T/T, West Union, Paypal and other payment terms. For order < US$5000, we prefer 50% deposit.

Q:How long will it take to produce?

It all depends, large quantity will need more time. We will get start with the design once received the deposit. After the design is confirmed, we will arrange the production. Usually, the production will take about 2-3 weeks.(Exception for urgent order)

Q:How long will it take for the delivery?

By express and air will take about 7 days, while by sea will takes about 25~35 days.
