Q:What is the MOQ & Price Term?

No MOQ for 1st sample order. Small quantity is acceptable with neutral packing. Prices are based on EXW. For orders over 1000-2000 pcs, the price will be FOB Guangzhou. Sample orders are welcomed.

Q:Can you do customer's design and requirements?

Yes, we are a direct manufacturer with our own mold and plastic injection workshop. We can design and develop as per customers' requirements. Custom packing and logo are available with an MOQ of 1000 pcs per color. For less than 1000 pcs, extra printing costs apply.

Q:When is the delivery?

For regular neutral products and packing, delivery time is about 15-20 days depending on order quantity. For customized packing and logo, delivery will be 25-30 days.

Q:How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

We can ship by express (DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.) or by air flight for small orders, taking 10-15 days to arrive. For official orders, we usually ship by sea to port/door, taking 35-50 days according to the destination.
