The pile breaker features a double-acting cylinder, which requires a two-way hydraulic circuit (standard bucket cylinder circuit). Do not connect it to the breaker hammer line, as it is a single-acting impact circuit that cannot handle the return oil flow needed for the pile breaker rod retraction.

In principle, it will not damage the rebar. However, the final result also depends on the operator skill and experience. We recommend careful operation to ensure 100 percent rebar integrity.

Each machine comes with 30 elastic pins in the toolkit, which are durable. For large-scale projects with a high density of piles, we recommend carrying two sets of seals and extra pile breaker rods for uninterrupted work.

The SP800 is designed for a maximum range of 2.0m. While it can physically fit a 2.5m pile, the effectiveness will decrease. It can peel the outer concrete layer outside the rebar cage, but it will be difficult to crush the concrete inside the cage.

Stop and inspect all components every month or every 1000 piles. Lifting Device: Check the chains and shackles for cracks or wear. Working Device: Fully extend the rods to check for cracks. Check hydraulic components for leaks. Daily Routine: Ensure the guide flange bolts are tight and use an air pump to blow dust out of the gaps between the flange and rod to protect seals and cylinders.
