Q:How to confirm what kind of block machine is fit for your project?

There are two ways: 1. Based on productivity: Provide main block sizes and daily output needs. 2. Based on budget: Tell us your budget limit, and we will recommend a suitable model.
Q:What is the formula of raw materials?
A:
The normal formula is cement 10%, sand 40%, stone 50%, and water 5% per 100kg. However, the formula varies slightly depending on different raw materials. Please contact us for detailed information.
Q:What is the raw materials consumption per day?
A:
For the QT4-18 producing 6400 pieces of 8-inch hollow blocks, it requires 42 tons of sand, 52 tons of crushed stones, 10 tons of cement, and 4 tons of water per day.
Q:How long does it take to take off blocks from the brick pallet?
A:
Finished blocks can be removed from the pallet after 18-24 hours, allowing the pallet to be recycled. In hot weather, this may take only a few hours once the blocks are dry enough.
Q:How to cure the blocks?
A:
Two methods: 1. Natural Curing: Stack blocks and water 3 times/day for 3-5 days. Usable in 7 days (hot) or 28 days (cold). 2. Steam Curing: Requires a steam room; blocks are usable after 9 hours.
