For the workshop, 70 square meters is sufficient. For the curing area, it requires 1200 to 2500 square meters depending on brick productivity.
Q:How many workers are needed for the automatic clay brick making machine?
A:
A total of 5 workers are needed: one for loading soil, one for loading cement and water, one for operating the machine, and two for carrying fresh bricks to the curing site.
Q:What is the material ratio for making clay bricks?
A:
The material ratio is 5%-10% cement and 90%-95% soil. For 300*150*100mm bricks, we recommend 8% cement and 92% soil.
