Is intermittent hypoxic-hyperoxic treatment (IHHT) scientifically backed?

Intermittent hypoxia-hyperoxia therapy (IHHT) is at the forefront of scientific advancement. For example, the 2019 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine was awarded to two scientists who discovered that consuming small amounts of oxygen for short periods can rejuvenate the body. numerous studies have found that IHHT is beneficial to both our physical and mental health.

Q:What are the main components of the Rlab IHHT system?

The main components of the Rlab IHHT system include a host device, a hose, an oxygen mask, and an oximeter.

Q:How does intermittent hypoxic-hyperoxia treatment (IHHT) work?

Using the Rlab IHHT device, wear a mask and select the corresponding training mode. Lies or sits comfortably and inhales hypoxic (low oxygen) air with intervals of hyperoxia (high oxygen) air. It is a very relaxing procedure that takes about 30-50 minutes per session.

Q:How many sessions are recommended for IHHT?

Intermittent hypoxic-hyperoxia treatment (IHHT) sessions usually last between 30 and 50 min one time and are recommended 2-3 times per week to give your body enough time to adapt and recover. After getting used to it, you can increase the number of times appropriately.

Q:What Does intermittent hypoxic-hyperoxia treatment (IHHT) Feel Like?
