Air permeability needs to be determined comprehensively based on paper type, drying speed, airflow in the drying section, and heat source. Common range: Cultural paper/thin paper is approximately 100-400 CFM; high-grammage packaging paper/paperboard can reach 700-1000 CFM or higher. We work closely with suppliers to provide detailed process parameters and make accurate selections.

There are many reason may cause this result:Improper installation: Non-parallel guide rollers, surface defects (burrs, corrosion) in the drying cylinder or rollers. Improper operation: Tension set too high or too low, severe wire misalignment, creases causing friction with the frame. Joint failure: Poor joint processing quality or improper installation.

Performance Degradation: Drying capacity remains consistently insufficient, even with optimized steam and ventilation; air permeability remains far below design values after cleaning. Physical Damage: Irreversible tears, delamination, severe wear, or permanent wrinkles occur. Chemical/Thermal Damage: The material severely hardens, becomes brittle, or suffers significant strength loss due to hydrolysis.
