Q:Does the price include the controller and inverter?

The price is only for the wind turbine. If you need a whole system including controller, inverter, batteries, and pole, please contact our sales for a detailed quotation.
Q:What is the difference between 3-blade and 5-blade wind turbines?
A:
Our small wind turbines come in 3-blade and 5-blade models. If the local wind speed is slow, we suggest choosing the 5-blade model as it is easier to start running.
Q:How can I fix the wind turbine on the pole?
A:
For small horizontal axis wind turbines with pole connection, we offer flange and hoop options. The hoop is easier to fix on the pole. Please let the sales team know your choice.
Q:How is the wind turbine protected during strong winds?
A:
All wind turbines are protected by the controller. When the battery is full or wind speed is very fast, the controller starts a short circuit to slow down the turbine. Additionally, models from RC-2K to 10K have tails that fold to slow down running speed.
Q:What is the warranty period?
A:
The wind turbine warranty is 1 year. If issues occur, we will send spare parts for maintenance. For distributors, we prepare a few spare parts in the package as storage.
