AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryRegal Grass demonstrates broad customization, ODM and OEM capabilities, in-house yarn production, stated annual capacity of 5 million square meters, and more than a decade of export experience. Its quality and service processes include documented inspection instructions, complaint handling, traceability, supplier assessment, and corrective-action procedures. The supplier holds ISO9001:2015, ISO45001:2018, and ISO14001 certifications, and reports participation in Domotex Hannover. Innovation evidence includes new products within the past year, a stated science and technology progress award, and diverse yarn development, although no SDK is available. Overseas service infrastructure is limited because the supplier reports no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, or branch. Customer-case evidence is limited to OEM service for popular brands.

Supplier typeThe supplier is a manufacturer with in-house yarn production, artificial-grass product development, ODM services, and OEM services for popular brands. Its stated annual production capacity is 5 million square meters, indicating an industrial production-oriented supplier profile.

CertificationsThe supplier reports ISO9001:2015, ISO45001:2018, and ISO14001 certifications, covering quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental management. These are explicit certification holdings relevant to supplier qualification.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has a clear customer-complaint procedure with followed records and accepts multiple service quotation and payment terms. However, it reports no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, or branch, so overseas on-site service infrastructure is limited.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports new products within the past year, ODM capability, one national science and technology progress award, in-house yarn production, and multiple yarn types and designs. It does not have an available SDK, but the supplied evidence still supports active product and process innovation.

Its listed equipment includes tufting, gluing, oven, and rolling machines, supporting artificial-grass manufacturing capability.

Customization capabilityBoth capability records explicitly list customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. The supplier also provides ODM services, indicating broad design-to-production support.

Client casesThe supplier explicitly reports providing OEM services for popular brands and participating in the offline Domotex Hannover trade show. No named customer cases, project details, or documented delivery examples are provided, so the evidence of customer-case depth is limited.
